Crawford Barn Wedding & Event Venue

  1. Limited Dog Presence: Dogs are permitted on the venue grounds for the wedding ceremony and designated photograph session only. Dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the Victohouse/Bridal House or any other indoor venue buildings.
  2. Designated Times: The dog's presence must be limited to the agreed-upon ceremony time and the immediately following photograph session. The dog must depart the venue grounds immediately following the completion of the photograph session.
  3. Owner Responsibility: The dog's owner (or a designated handler) is solely responsible for the dog's behavior and control at all times. The dog must be kept on a leash and under the direct supervision of the owner/handler.
  4. Clean-Up Requirement: The dog's owner/handler is responsible for immediately cleaning up any and all messes created by the dog, including but not limited to, feces and urine. The venue staff will not be responsible for cleaning up after the dog. Failure to comply with the clean-up requirement will result in additional cleaning fees. The owner must bring their own bags for clean up.
  5. Liability: The dog's owner assumes all liability for any damage or injury caused by their dog to persons or property on the venue premises. The Crawford Barn Wedding and Event Venue shall not be held responsible for any incidents involving the dog.
  6. Dog Temperament: The dog must be well-behaved and socialized. Aggressive or disruptive dogs will not be permitted. The Crawford Barn Wedding and Event Venue reserves the right to ask the dog to be removed from the premises if it exhibits unacceptable behavior.
  7. Advance Notification: Couples wishing to include their dog in their wedding ceremony and photographs must notify The Crawford Barn Wedding and Event Venue at the time of booking and provide details about the dog (breed, age, temperament).
  8. Weather Considerations: Outdoor ceremonies involving dogs are subject to weather conditions. The venue and owners must be flexible and prepared for alternative plans in case of inclement weather.
  9. Agreement: By bringing a dog onto the venue premises, the dog's owner agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
  10. Right to refuse: The Crawford Barn Wedding and Event Venue reserves the right to refuse any dog based on any reason.
